On behalf of The City University of New York (CUNY), Epic Management, Inc. acting as Construction Manager, is soliciting the services of a General Contractor to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the renovation of existing laboratories located at Hunter College. Work to include demolition of existing spaces, MEP systems, casework, asbestos abatement and providing new HVAC modifications (New AHU, EF’s, etc.), new casework, partitions, plumbing modifications, walls, doors, frames, hardware, electrical modifications, and finishes as required by the plans and specifications.

Bidders will be required to submit all required bid forms (forms included in Project Manual); including, but not limited to: proof of bonding capacity; project list confirming the company has satisfactorily completed a minimum of three (3): Academic Laboratory projects and/or Pharmaceutical Laboratory projects and/or Academic Instructional projects in the five (5) years, prior to Bid opening, as a General Contractor (form included in Project Manual); proof of insurance; Bid Bond; Experience Modification Rate for past three (3) years prior to Bid opening.

The successful Bidder will also be required to demonstrate the 5% trade self-performance requirements for this project.
