Epic is pleased to announce NEW awards and NEW Clients!


Epic Management, Inc. has been selected to provide Construction Management/Constructor services in support of the Virgin Spa at Natirar in Gladstone, NJ.

Located on 89 of the 491 acre former King of Morocco estate (now owned by Somerset County), the completed resort will include a luxury hotel, restaurant, spa and related amenities, totaling nearly 200,000 sf.

Designed by the renowned Rockwell Group and RMJM Hillier, conversion of the existing 33,000 sf. original Tudor style mansion, and a stunning setting high atop the amazing property, Natirar will truly be a world class destination.

Epic anticipates construction to begin in the first quarter of 2008, with occupancy in Spring 2009.



Epic Management has been awarded a Construction Management/Constructor agreement to oversee the gut renovations of the Hibben and Magie Apartments.


We will work closely with the University and CCH Architects to create 250 new and upgraded graduate school apartments.


Preconstruction is currently in progress, with final completion scheduled for Fall 2010.




Epic Management has been selected to ImClone to provide baseload construction management services at their Branchburg NJ facilities.

Having worked with ImClone for several years in a general contracting capacity, this new project delivery system option expands on the positive working relationship developed to date.




Epic Management has been selected by Penwood Racing Inc. to serve as the Construction Manager for the new Favorites at Toms River off track wagering facility. 


Epic Interiors:  prudential center 

As scheduled, on October 25th 2007, Jon Bon Jovi christened the beautiful new Prudential Center in Newark. 


We are very proud to have been a part of an amazing project schedule and successful team effort to open "The Rock".

Epic Highly Ranked In NJ!

In the 2007-2008 Book of Lists, prepared by NJBIZ and published this month (July 2007), Epic has been ranked as the 4th largest General Contractor and 7th largest Construction Manager in New Jersey.

NJBIZ is a weekly publication for the business community in New Jersey.

Epic Management named "General Contractor of the Year"

Epic has been honored by the NJ Chapter of the ASA as their 2007 "General Contractor of the Year".  The 36th Annual Black Tie Awards Dinner is being held November 20, 2007 at the Hanover Marriot in Whippany, NJ.  Over 600 guests are expected to attend.  We are very proud of this recognition by our associates in the subcontractor community.

Chairman of Epic Honored by American Concrete Institute (ACI)

At their Fall 2007 meeting, the Board of Directors of the ACI elected Robert Epifano, Chairman, Epic Group, Inc., an Honorary Member for outstanding leadership and vision that have enhanced the financial and administrative foundations of the Institute, and for advocacy of active contractor participation.

Bob will be formerly recognized at the ACI Opening Session and Awards Program in Los Angles, March 30, 2008.
