Epic provided General Construction services for the $31.7 million renovation and three story addition that will better serve it’s students for many years to come.

The renovations and new construction included a 16,500 square foot addition with a second floor innovation-media center, a third floor media center and new cafeteria, a new physics laboratory, a Technology Enhanced Active Learning (TEAL) Center, additional classrooms, disability access upgrades including a wheelchair lift, freight elevator and restroom upgrades.

HVAC and life safety upgrades were also completed including work to the electrical, fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
