Project Scope: Construction of a new 345,000 sf Distribution Center including all associated site improvements and interior fit-out.

• 41,250 sf – DEA Cage & Vault
• 5 miles of conveyor
• Over 25,000 pallet positions

Epic’s provided on-site coordination services for construction of Core & Shell by the Developer, Facility Upgrades by the General Contractor and Distribution Equipment System installations contracted directly with JOM

Project Highlights: Steel frame, cast-in-place reinforced concrete and pre-cast reinforced concrete panel building was designed to consolidate several smaller regional distribution facilities under one roof
