Epic is excited to serve as Construction Manager for this reconstruction of the existing library at 51 Baker Street in Maplewood.  This project will expand the library, originally constructed in 1955, from one story to two and better serve the community. The new fully accessible facility features an adult reading room, children’s reading room, a community room for events and presentations, a teen reading room, gathering spaces throughout and two outdoor patio areas.
