Project: Hospitality Facility Renovation

Epic’s Role: Construction Manager-at-risk/ Constructor

Construction Costs: $525,000

Epic collaborated with Johnson & Johnson/ Hyatt to establish project scope, phasing and aggressive off-hours construction scheduling to allow uninterrupted usage of all hospitality facilities during the renovation period as follows:  

Main Entrance Porte Cochere – Lighting and exterior finish upgrades Regency Ballroom – Installation of decorative wood wall panels, wainscot, trim, door upgrades and associated mechanical & electrical modifications

Hall of Flags – Repairs to existing drywall & refinishing of existing wood veneer paneling to remain

Bar & Lobby – Refinishing of existing wood floors, bar top upgrades and all associated electrical modification
