Project Scope: Cedar Crest Village, an independent living retirement community, is located on a 130 acre site in Morris County. The Village contains a separate Renaissance Garden, an assisted living, facility and a skilled nursing facility. The essence of the continuing care retirement community concept is to enable seniors to move into a comfortable environment without fear of having to move again in the event of illness.
Epic constructed four (4) structures aggregating 493,774 sf:
Community Building 1.0 – 2 Stories
Residential Building 1.1 – 5 Stories
Residential Building 1.2 – 6 Stories
Residential Building 1.3 – 7 Stories
All projects were completed via a fast-track Construction Manager/ Constructor GMP structure.
