Pre-construction, construction and close-out professional services for this new, four level, precast concrete parking structure. 

Project Highlights: 246 space parking facility that provides parking for the adjacent Village of Ridgewood downtown area as well as commuters using the train station with a bicycle storage area.  The garage was completed with patterned precast concrete integrating the structure with the historic downtown area of the Village of Ridgewood. The structure also serves as an easement for cars to access the loading and parking areas of the adjacent business. 

Key Elements: The garage operates 24 hours per day, 365 days a year with an automated “pay on foot” revenue collection system allowing for efficient continuous garage operation.  Extensive technology and camera equipment enable security operations to be efficiently monitored.  Garage equipment includes an oil-water separator, a generator with a 3 day reservoir which can be filled through the exterior of the building, and a gate-less car counter system.
