Project: Montclair State University Parking Structure 

Epic’s Role: General Contractor/ Single Prime

Construction Costs: $18.5 million 

The new 8-level, 1,532 space parking structure was constructed on a site which formerly served the University as a parking lot with a maximum capacity of 400 cars.  The new structure will better serve the University and area commuter population and significantly reduce traffic congestion in the area. 

Project Highlights: Very tight site/ site logistics. Significant planning required in order to meet schedule while working around highly congested “urban” campus setting. Precast double tee construction
