Epic’s scope of services cover preconstruction, construction administration, and project close-out for six projects:

Epic’s efforts also include daily coordination between Monmouth County Engineering, Monmouth County’s Building and Grounds staff, Monmouth County’s Sheriff Office, the Superior Court of New Jersey administrative staff, five separate Design teams, and six separate Contractors.
On account of Epic’s diligent endeavors, the work is almost 2 months ahead of schedule.
