Project scope: Seaside Height’s landmark boardwalk was destroyed and severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
As part of a federal, state and local effort, Epic performed reconstruction work on twelve ADA-compliant boardwalk access ramps, one vehicular ramp and six boardwalk access staircases. Epic’s contract included 340 driven piles, ramps, staircases and railings.
All work was completed in less than 60 days.
