Epic was selected to provide General Contractor services for the new Career & Technical Building for the Atlantic County Institute of Technology in Mays Landing, NJ.
This 133,000 sf, three story facility is designed to include 16 laboratories as well as general education classrooms and administrative spaces. When complete the facility will house the school’s aviation maintenance, welding and advanced fabrication and exercise science instruction for more than 425 students. It will also allow for the expansion of the school’s dental assisting, medical assisting, health sciences and culinary arts programs.
