| This higher education multi-project program involved the renovation of five projects which included a multi-purpose assembly room / dining room, two lecture halls and two laboratories. As the Construction Manager, Epic successfully managed and completed these projects on time during the COVID-19 Pandemic period. |
| The multi-purpose assembly room scope included extensive audio-visual equipment upgrades, new ceilings, lighting, HVAC, carpeting and wall treatment including paint & acoustical wall panels. |
The Lecture Hall upgrades involved a complete gut renovation for installation of new seating, lighting, HVAC, AV equipment, security devises, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes. Unique wall panels and a large LED screen which consist of smaller LED panels was also erected.
The Laboratory projects comprised a Biology Laboratory and Chemistry Laboratory which involved a complete gut renovation for installation of partitions, ceilings, casework, lighting, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, duct work, and laboratory equipment that included without limitation fumehoods, tissue culture hoods, eye wash stations and smartboards.
