Project: Roof Replacement at Five District Schools
Epic’s role: Construction Manager/ Advisor
Construction costs: $6 Million
Project scope: The District’s Roof Replacement Project included work at Perry L. Drew Elementary School, Hightstown High School, Grace N. Rogers Elementary School, Walter C. Black Elementary School and Melvin H. Kreps Middle School where the Epic Team provided preconstruction, construction and closeout phase management services.
Epic’s efforts were led by Sr. Project Manager Alberto Alayon. The core team was supported by all of the resources of the Epic organization and completed the projects in conformance with the aggressive summer schedule in time for a school opening in September.
Epic worked closely with Garrison Architects to insure that all work was completed safely and in strict compliance with the specifications in order to achieve a result that would meet warranty requirements for the District.
