The Dayton Avenue Educational Campus will include an Early Childhood Center, Elementary School, Magnet School and Middle School on a 12-acre site.
Epic Management, Inc. in association with Gilbane was selected to be the construction manager for this four-story, approximately 448,000 gross square ft. educational complex designed to educate approximately 2,760 students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8 located in the Passaic Public School District.
